This man needs to lose his license to operate in Connecticut didn't even bother to clean my apartment when I first moved had to do it myself. Doesn't want to replace old broken appliances and had to spent whole weekend with heat and hot water until I called the city on him. Do not rent for this company you will regret it.My husband and I will be moving out as soon as our lease it up.

Absolute garbage company. Thalia, Mendy and the everyone else associated with this company should be ashamed. They bought the building i live in a little over a year ago. Within that time i have been without heat and hot water more then 3 times. Always an issue here and never a solution. Good luck contacting someone if you have an issue, they truely do not care.

The worst management I have ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get a simple parking pass for over a week, and no one responds—phone calls, texts, and emails. Every time I speak to someone, they say they don’t know who the property manager is or when I’ll get a call back. I’m still waiting. After I finally raised my voice out of frustration, they claimed they would “check with the towing company” and get back to me. As expected, no one ever did. Instead, I received a message saying they’re not responsible if my car gets towed because they “didn’t give permission to park.” That permission is exactly what I’ve been trying to get from them for a week. The lack of accountability and communication is unbelievable. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for management that completely

If you’re reading this review before you rent an apartment from LYP Management DO NOT GET THE APARTMENT. I moved into their building on main st in Middletown and it is infested with roaches. Dealing with the management company had been a dehumanizing experience. I’ve written to them, submitted work orders, called, and they never get back to me. The one time they did the woman was extremely rude, claimed I had an attitude, and hung up the phone on me. She proceeded to disconnect the line every time I called back. To say the least they’re extremely unprofessional, to say the most, they’re slumlords. Common areas like stairwells and hallways are disgusting and never cleaned. Do not rent with these people.

From the day I signed my lease , everything has been handled with professionalism . Maintenance crews are polite, issues are solved quickly, and the property looks top notch . That kind of reliability really stands out.
