FINALLY a person in the office who answered all of our questions about rent and our maintenance issues. She accepted our rental payment explained that they are working on the scanner issue and then she ask if everything was OK in our apartment! She did say that she was helping out until they are fully staffed, her name was Marcie…I think. A day later she called to see if our maintenance request was done to our satisfaction. That has never been done since I have been here, a follow up call on maintenance work orders. There is still a problem with trash around the property, shopping carts left on the grounds and trash in the breezeways.

Alexis here! I’ve been staying here for 3 plus years now and it’s safe to say I love it! Scotty and Naveah or such nice people that will assist you with your new and comfortable place to stay! So many restaurants being near and Walmart being so close is very convenient if you’re someone who doesn’t drive! I’m loving the new and sleek luxury look. I’m a gym girly and they new updates to the gym has now all the equipment I need to make me want to cancel my gym membership! It’s very peaceful and drama free! Great dog park, and pet spa for dog owners and also nice sized pool! There’s also a high school right across the street street if anyone with kids decide to move & want something extra convenient! I don’t see myself moving!

I’ve lived here for 3 years, it’s alright, however, I probably wouldn’t recommend the complex to anyone. We’ve seen about 4-5 different management teams in the office since living here. Sometimes valet trash comes like they’re supposed to, sometimes they don’t. Communicating with management and maintenance has been a hit or miss for me. They were very helpful with some instances, and other times they haven’t been. The communication is definitely getting better but could still be improved. Also, our rent increases every year but no improvements to justify the price increase. Pros: parking spots always available, decent gym on site, washer and dryer came w/ our unit, nice neighbors, within walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores

Where do I start 😖Moved in on dads birthday and today marks a week and its moms birthday. Im officially exhausted 😮‍💨 I still have my doubts about this place rightfully so 🤔 as things were definitely a bit shaky and highly unorganized on initial move-in day🤦‍♀️ I was inconvenienced horribly by paying for a moving truck on the 4th my move-in day, getting my things out of storage and had family come from different states to assist just to be told the day of move-in upon arrival to the office "sorry the apartment still i'snt ready, we cant let you move today"🤯 I lost money paying for a truck for the stated move-in date, pulling my things out of storage, paying for the truck an additional day and lost time at work having to request another day off and so did my family for driving all the way h
