He was super helpful throughout the entire moving process, making sure everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. It's clear he's passionate about his job and truly cares about helping others. He got everything done efficiently while maintaining top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend working with him!

Very disappointed. After booking a 4pm tour and receiving multiple confirmation texts/emails, I arrived to the property to find the leasing office closed with a sign displaying the time someone would return (4:30). I had to take off work early to be at this tour so I waited it out, giving them the benefit of the doubt regarding their tardiness. Meanwhile, a tenant was also waiting to get helped due to an ongoing issue he had in his unit. He explained that the communication with the management here is horrible and unhelpful. Finally at 4:40 a maintenance crew worker came up and asked us what we needed help with. When we explained, his response was “ohhh man, could you guys come back tomorrow?”. Living here was hell on Earth. I'm sure they're incentivizing people to leave 5 star reviews right now. Every single year I lived here they changed management companies. I can't imagine any company wanting to manage this complex. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt or repurposed. It is so old. It reeks of weed 24/7 if you're into that scene. I had the ceiling collapse on 2 different occasions causing severe water damage that ruined a TV, laptop and Xbox. It came from an overflowing toilet the 2nd time which caused the place to smell disgusting the rest of my stay. It took them forever to fix the ceiling. I had a maintenance man fall asleep drunk on my couch. Every time they patched the ceiling it started cracking everywhere within a few weeks. I ended up leaving after the 2nd ceiling le

This Apartment complex is completely lazy with maintenance. When things present themselves as an issue for them to fix , they come in and find a quick fix ! They never ever fix the issue completely. They do not change or check your Air filter or fire alarms. When it rains it floods on the first floor and they never fix the issue after 3 years ! Bugs!!!!! That’s another thing! Fruit flies in the drains , bugs come from the windows and under the doors because they haven’t been replace since the building was open. They don’t have good control over the people they contract to do landscaping , because grass is always tall , and never cut in front of the apartments or back. Pest services are non existent. I had an absolutely amazing tour with Toronto! She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I even came back for pictures and she made sure I was taken care of promptly. They have great offers right now and it fell right in my price range. the property itself was super cute! The fenced in patio was most definitely my favorite amenity. The renovated apartments are equipped with very nice appliances. Overall I left the tour extremely excited to put in an application!
