Lynnfield Commons

I would like to start with the office staff the office now feels like a very welcoming place to walk into. The new manager Alisha is amazing she truly listens to your concerns and makes you feel heard. Biancca, is amazing she works very hard to help tenants and goes out of her way to make sure your concerns are heard and addressed. As for maintenance Jonathan is great he does what he can to resolve any issues that arise. As for my apartment, I do love it wasn’t in the best shape when I moved in but after a year and a half of living here some issues are being resolved. These apartments definitely need to be updated. Cabinets are not in the best of shape appliances are very old some as old as 16 years. As for safety that could use some work. People drive extremely fast don’t stop or stop si

I love living at The Lynnfield Commons. Both the apartments and the property are really nice. The staff in the leasing office Bianca, Alisha and Jonathan are courteous and helpful with anything you may need.

I moved to lynnfield commons in January and I have no complaints! My apartment is so cozy and such a nice view. I am extremely happy with the move in process and anytime I have a maintenance request they are on it. I love the leasing team they have become family to me. I highly recommend moving here! location is a bonus! FIVE STARS

Bill & I sold our house after 49 years and moved to The Lynnfield Commons 4 1/2 years ago and love it. Everyday is a good day and feel like we are on vacation. Love the office team. Stephanie and Bianca are fantastic and always there to help.

I have lived at Lynnfield commons for 2 years It is a great place to live the management team is professional and friendly Paige and Stephanie are always there to help and just listen to me after a long day at work they're so patient and kind. I feel safe living here and love my apartment, washer and dryer and balcony is so important to me. Also love the dog park for my dog. this place is the best!
