This was the most unprofessional and stressful legal service I’ve ever worked with. Incredibly slow, unresponsive, they don’t return phone calls or emails until the day right before the sale of my home, and there were major errors in important legal documents throughout the process. It often seemed like the lawyer simply didn’t review anything carefully. I felt like I was on my own the whole time and that I was constantly checking everything to make sure there wasn’t major mistakes, especially regarding the financial numbers. They were delayed in sending the final wire transfer for proceeds of the sale of my home leading to major anxiety and stress. Also if you’re an international seller they will be of zero help when it comes to navigating FIRPTA tax regulations - the lawyer did not give
