I explained I use text, as I don't use email. She was my buying agent and once she got her check, she stopped responding. As I purchased a new construction home on Jan 31, 2025, I knew I had a one-year warranty so reached out to her, for months. No response from her, for MONTHS. She finally texted me back today and said she is no longer a MD realtor, since March 2025, and to follow-up with the warranty company. I'm VERY unhappy with her, and disgusted with the poor customer service.
