Lennar at St. Charles

I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before choosing Lennar. While the homes look nice, I would not recommend them. If I could go back, I would not have purchased from Lennar. Our experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing, and I’m sharing this to hopefully save others from the same situation. The first red flag was the sales rep taking almost 2–3 weeks to take our application seriously. We had to reach out for updates, only to be told, “I didn’t know y’all were serious,” despite clearly expressing our intent. Once things finally moved forward, communication improved—until we put down the earnest money deposit. After that, responsiveness dropped significantly and the process became rushed.
