LynMarie Apartments

I visited this apartment complex to visit my sister who recently moved in a few months ago. I got to explore the property and it is very clean and child friendly. We had run ins with the staff, and they were all very friendly. We got to use the pool and I noticed how clean and well maintained it was, it was nice to take a swim there. My sister’s apartment is nice, the cabinets are brand new and the flooring is nice. She’s mentioned how responsive the staff is and how quickly maintenance requests are attended to. Overall it’s a clean and quiet area and in walking distance to a lot of shopping, restaurants and parks. We’re thinking about moving to the area and if we decide to we will look into renting at this apartment complex.

This is a great place to live with really great personnel! I went to go visit a friend of mine for a couple of weeks and left wishing I could live there. I stayed in his place during my vacation and I really liked the design of the apartment to where I want make my apartment look this way, very nice. This property has a really nice pool that is cleaned and maintained properly so anyone cool off during the hot days. I ended up meeting the office staff of the apartments they were really professional and respectful. Really nice people, every office should have people like that. The maintenance workers there do a great, great job and are respectful and approachable. I would really recommend this place to live as I want to live there.

This is the perfect location for me as someone who is disabled and does not drive because it is close to many businesses such as grocery stores and restaurants. It is also close to the Beaverton Transit Center, with many trains and buses. The current maintenance staff is amazing, especially Tony. They are friendly and helpful. The management has been very accommodating for our special needs child, which I appreciate greatly.

I have lived here for 8 years now & feel like we have a good community. I definitely feel like the Management & Maintenance team we have right now are the best we’ve ever had…they answer the phone, have a presence in the office & get things done in a friendly caring way. It definitely feels like they care & work well together as a team!

Update: I moved out of here after they put the manager from hell in. As of August 2023 I have moved. I let it slide the first unit I was in flooded 6 times in 18 months and I was never compensated in any way (their blowers etc used my electric) my things were destroyed and not covered by insurance. They moved me into a lower unit in another building and it was okay. Until I found out there was a level 3 sex offender living directly above me. I asked Norris and Stevens why they even do background checks if this is possible?! Not to mention one building that I used to live in that is riddled with druggies on meth that management refuses to do anything about when there's lots of traffic going on and out and the guys who live there are always outside screaming and yelling and bothering everyon
