Parking here is ridiculous. If you own a car don’t bother signing a lease You’ll be paying your rent and $400 on top of that for getting your car towed for not finding any parking after 5pm. Or you can park half a mile away and walk home don’t bother trying to get reserved parking because you’ll be put on a waiting list and they’ll be ready for you when you renew your next lease. The stairway in which you enter is dirty full of bugs on the ceiling and the boards come right off the steps. Mail boxes don’t work and You’ll be paying on average 2800 for a three bedroom including utilities for a landlord special. You can see the paint drips on the walls and holes that were covered before and they even painted the fridge! The cabinet doors fall off and the doors don’t even lock anymore. The was

Came in for a tour and everything was a fast and smooth process. Chris C. helped me and walked me through everything. He was very helpful and patient, showing me all the options that fit my budget and what I was looking for.

These 5 stars go to the people i spoke to, I don’t recall the one on the phone but he was very respectful and kind. As for the second person his name was Michael Young he was the second maintenance guy to come he was super nice and respectful, great guy and he even told us to call back if there’s anything wrong. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that we did wait for 4 days, and We even had someone come the 20th, that one particular guy said he’d call us/get in contact with us but never did. Other than that great guys 👍🏽

Chris was great to work with. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions clearly and kept me updated the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend working with him.
