Michael works really hard to do a job that goes above and beyond. He has rented my condo for me multiple times and ultimately sold the same property in a short amount of time. Michael's attention to detail is excellent; I recommend him highly. He is a truly nice person who cares about doing the right thing all of the time.

Wow, Michael was impossible! He couldn't show me a listing on a Sunday because it's his "first day off in 14 days and it's a summer Sunday!" I asked for Julian and he bitterly explained that Julian was in Montauk. Edited to add: I called on Saturday, July 12 at 4pm. Since Michael was not willing to show the house on Sunday, I asked if I could see it anytime during the current day I called. He said no. The house address is 540 Washington St Sparkill, NY
