Update: We had such a great experience with Kristine helping us with our first house purchase in Colorado Springs that when it came time to put our house on the market to sell we didn't even think twice about calling her back up! Update: Kristine helped us buy another home, and she was every bit as hard-working, diligent, and professional as the first time we worked with her. When you are doing something as important as buying a house, you need someone you can depend on. Kristine is someone you can count on to make everything happen the way you want. Kristine was incredibly responsive and helpful, stayed on top of everything to be sure our purchase went through without a hitch. She stayed on top of things even after the sale was complete to be sure we had everything set up for our new home. She's a really nice person too!

Kristine was Great with the sale of our house! It was our summer cabin for 12 Yrs. When my husband could no longer tolerate the high elevation we needed to get back to Texas right away. We were referred to Kristine by a previous customer who said she did A great job for them. She got the info and photos of our place on the market right away And we were amazed at how quickly we had a contract! She guided us through the process, Our being out of state was no problem at all. I felt she really went above and beyond to be of Great help to us, always so kind and patient with me during the process! I am Happy to give Her a Five Star rating and definitely recommend her!!

Kristine works very hard and does a good job of representing her client. She returns phone calls right away. I enjoyed working with her, she has a good attitude and is very pleasant. She found us a wonderful house, I highly recommend Kristine and would use her again if the occasion arose.

Kristine was so knowledgeable about the area we were looking for our new home in. She actually found something that we would have passed on and it ended up being our pick! (2 bedrooms with an office, when we were looking at 3 rooms).
