If you are expecting a responsive and Management values Tenant privacy walkway from this apt complex. Extremely disappointing experience with management and maintenance. My apartment flooded 11 days ago, and the issue is still not fully repaired. They opened up the walls but have failed to complete the work or provide any clear timeline. Calls and emails asking for updates are mostly ignored. I work from home, and maintenance staff have repeatedly entered my apartment without proper notice, disrupting my work meetings. The exposed, water-damaged walls are also causing a strong, unpleasant odor that is making the unit uncomfortable and concerning from a health standpoint. The flooding damaged my personal belongings, and management has not taken responsibility or offered reimbursement. I

I’m sitting here in my nice apartment here in Luxia, and as I type this the fire alarm has been going off for at least half an hour. Now, you may be wondering why I would sit in a building with an active fire alarm. Well, dear reader, this is not the first time it has gone off this month. Not even the second time. It goes off frequently, reader. It’s a recording of a three siren sounds followed by a woman with a vaguely Philadelphian accent tell me to leave the building “WOMP WOMP WOMP Attention. Please. There has been a report of an emergency. Please exit the building. Do not use the elevators, use stairs when necessary. Handicap residents follow the evacuation plan.” This repeats over. And over. Alright, leaving a review once again as the office doesn't care to check emails, and posting through the community app is all vetted by management so I can't make any posts there that are defamatory. in phase 1 of this complex, faulty fire alarms constantly go off. they email when the other building is doing testing and explain in advance, but we don't get any warning in our building or any explanation afterwards. apparently they're working on the alarms per an email yesterday regarding the other building, but the alarm just started going off at 8:24 on friday night, so i highly doubt it is due to them being worked on at the moment. not to mention, the last time alarms were triggered they went off for over 2 hours. additionally, we are instructed to NOT contact the fire department in the

I feel "catfished", lol. The image is good. Pleasant community that my family felt safe in. I really liked to see the cows, horses & Coyotes outside my window. The staff changes so much it's hard to grade them. They are generally nice but what good is a smiling face that doesn't actually DO anything about an issue? I think the neighbors above me held track practice or a bowling league every night😮‍💨 I will just say that I AB-SO-LUTE-LY understand & COMPLETELY agree with EVERY 1-star commenter! I had no bugs or rodents. Maintenance was "Meh". The "mandatory" inspections and having random people in my home while I'm not there is not ideal & those alarms made me want to break my lease, smh There is great potential here for a management company that actually cares. I came to Luxia looking for an apartment but had little time before I needed to move in. I started working with Jamal but he was off for his "weekend" when Danielle stepped in. She confirmed the availability of the unit I desired and help me organize the paperwork and everything else I needed to get settled in. Danielle helped push the paperwork through and sure enough I was able to start moving in when I needed. Danielle has been helpful also with billing questions and sorting out the availability of a nearby storage closet. While I've only been here a short time, I like it here. Most people I pass say hi and overall it's nice and quiet, especially as one who works from home. I'm very thankful Danielle was able to help be get everything sorted out.
