Luxe Lakewood Ranch

Initially awesome place with decent events, upkeep, and apartment living. After getting screwed over when they changed the payment system from splitting with roommates to one pay entirely out of the blue over a 4th of July weekend then charging late fees. Also they took $1500 for move out carpet removal turnover. Which they said for $300 they would do the carpet and apartment move out clean with their own people which felt like a big move out scam. The grills barely worked, frequent notice from neighbors never ended especially from kids just being asked to stop running like maniacs. 2 years later I remember staying there and my good experiences overlooked by these events, be cautious when looking to stay here.

We’ve only been living here a couple of months, but it has already proven to be an incredible place to call home. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and thorough with their work, which gives us real peace of mind. The office staff, especially Brandon and Kristina, have been so supportive and friendly with everything we’ve needed or asked about. Their professionalism and kindness really make a difference. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to live here—definitely a 5-star experience!

Luxe is a great place to live! When my lease was up for renewal, renewing for the 4th time was a no-brainer! Lakewood Ranch is fun and vibrant. It’s a much younger community than most of Florida and super family-friendly. This is an amazing location with fine dining, grocery stores, the public library, schools, and pharmacies close by. Since it’s east of I-75 you miss the beach traffic but It’s a short drive if you want to hit the beach in Bradenton or Sarasota. This also leads to better protection from storms and we never experience Red Tide fumes. The pool and grilling areas are wonderful. I have lived at the Luxe Lakewood Ranch for 3 years now. I love this place! I have been doing deliveries in this area for 3 years now as well. I have been into every single apartment community in Manatee and Sarasota counties. The Luxe Lakewood Ranch is by far the quietest, cleanest, and most spacious Community you will find in the Lakewood Ranch area. The staff here is amazing. The maintenance team is outstanding. The property is very well maintained. My neighbors are very polite, friendly, and respectful. There is usually always parking spots available, and you never feel like you're stacked on top of each other, like the other communities here in Lakewood Ranch.
