Lunaire at Estrella Apartments

Lunaire is a beautiful community with lots of grassy areas, a luxury pool, professional fitness center and kids playground among other state of the art amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean and well maintained. There is also courtesy patrol at night to ensure the safety of the residents and their property. Make sure to check them out on your rental hunt.

LaToya and Jessica are the best. When I first found the complex, they answered all the questions I had and it took all of one day to get all of the application completed and approved. Since living here, maintenance has been really fast. Anything I need from the leasing office has always been a pleasant experience as well and the complex is always taken really well care of. I appreciate the parking availabilities since a lot of complexes don’t have guest parking. Wish the pool was deeper than 4 feet but that’s the only thing I would change! Overall really pleasant place.

I have had an amazing time living at these apartments. They listen to your needs and they do their best to assist in a timely manner. So shout out to the Latoya Amanda and Jessica, you guys are doing an amazing job! My favorite thing here has gotta be the pool and hot tub you’ll usually catch me there in the evenings enjoying the peace and quiet

Terrible terrible terrible communication from the Leasing department. We have been here (unfortunately) for 5+ years and due to finances, found it more affordable to transfer units within the complex. They have sent typo after typo to us about cost of things. We are talking move in fees, first month cost and oh the perk of $500 off to transfer? Dont worry, you end up paying that the day of LOL. But its our fault for not understanding their typos. I have emails and printed out papers of proof showing the lack of communication and errors. Mind you we had a scorpion infestation for 3 years and they did nothing for us too. And we got charged and harassed for a door we got locked out of because it was installed incorrectly and the battery was dying weekly. The company came out and confirmed it

Well it definitely is a 3 star worthy review here's why. I moved in the move in was not great they gave me my keys to do inspection 2 days before move in I had broken shelving and a light switch which still isn't fixed after all this time even after they supposedly fixed it and my showerhead had mold and mold on it. But it's fine I have a work around. Once that got fixed my first year my rent was higher for some odd reason than advertised because of a "deposit waiver". Then the renewal came they made me pay for another "deposit" called a jetty bond which I got several different dollar amounts for but was resolved due to the helpful office staff. Second renewal they were nice enough to help negotiate and same with my recent renewal they're very helpful staff members as long as you let them
