I currently live here and this place is not doing anything they’re supposed to do. I’ve been here since last year of July and has been like at least four different management company switch out. There’s so many roaches in here. There’s trash everywhere and due to medical issues I’m trying to make portion of my rent cause I don’t have the full amount And pay the rest of next week but talk to a lady on the phone said she would meet us here at there little leasing office. Went there with the rent and Nobody was there, left so many phone calls voicemails and nobody’s picking up the phone at all. Very unprofessional. Constantly breaks fair housing laws. I would not do business with these people. These five-star reviews are because the property management office asks residents to give them a five-star review for kickbacks. After all, they asked me to do this a few months ago, and I refused. Considering Getting out of my lease soon. Current property manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. I can see the same for most of the property managers we've had the past two years as well. It has been a revolving door. Management is a joke. Eric the maintenance man is a GODSEND. But management ????? Horrible. Atrocious. Pay attention to these low reviews. THEY ARE TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. They don’t fix ANYTHING. NOTHING. You get no confirmation or way to see prior submitted work requests. Zero communication. I’m at the end of my rope. This property is being entirely neglected. It’s not safe. It’s worn down and everything in multiple apartments are busted. It’s so bad, functioning here is becoming impossible. washer/dryer broken forever that I’m paying for every month. No fridge. My dishwasher broke since I moved in OVER TWO YEARS AGO. Used to be a great complex until about a year ago. Now its not being kept up, garbage all around, vandalism being done to vehicles in the parking lot by tenants and their friends. Management doesn't care about whats going on around here. They charge extra for multiple things. They don't fix things even after being notified several times. Dishwasher won't turn on or stay closed, was reported 5x and it still doesn't work, water faucet leaking outside. Children under 12 in pool by themselves all the time, no supervision.

This complex is totally unprofessional and the appliances do not function properly. I have been requesting a replacement washer and dryer for over a month now that I actually pay for $50 a month. It hasn’t worked since I moved in 6 months ago and they have yet to solve the problem. Wouldn’t recommend.
