Luna at Lake Shadow

Been living at Luna for a year and 5 months and have truly loved the experience. Great amenities always clean and organized, amazing maintenance workers, and lots of parking! The only con i’d say is you can hear almost every step above you, but honestly it’s easy to drown it out.

Leyanis has been wonderful throughout the entire tour and application process. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but also genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with. Leyanis is always quick to respond - often reaching out with updates before I even have a chance to ask! She’s consistently on top of things, keeping us informed about availability and pricing right away. Her patience and ongoing support have made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Leyanis has played a huge part in making this such a positive experience.

I am giving Idrianna 5 stars!! Outstanding customer service, with a welcoming smile!! I came in yesterday with my fiancé and our two daughters, and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Idrianna. She is very knowledgeable about the property and made us feel “right at home!” I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with her. Thank you so much for taking showing us around, on short notice. I am COMPLETELY INLOVE WITH THE COMMUNITY!! I pray there’s a 3 bedroom available when it’s our turn to move!

We’ve lived here for almost two months now and we love it. Location is great, neighborhood is kept nice and clean, everyone is friendly. We had an issue with the smart home when we moved in but they fixed it fairly quickly. Overall so far a great experience, both the apartment and amenities are lovely.

The physical property is beautiful and well-maintained. However, my experience with management was consistently disappointing. There were serious maintenance issues, specifically with the sewer system . Furthermore, management's lack of integrity regarding their referral program was a significant issue. I was verbally promised a $100 bonus for referring a new tenant, an offer that was confirmed by multiple staff members. When I went to claim it, I was told the amount was incorrect and that the bonus might not be paid since I was no longer a resident. A manager stated that a verbal agreement is not official, which directly contradicted what was initially promised. This demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and integrity.
