I've had my business in 3 locations and theirs was the only one I was happy with. The build out was done exactly as I asked and they used quality materials (6 panel doors, nice baseboards, new ceiling tiles, and no cheap flat paint anywhere). It was my first commercial lease and I was uncomfortable taking responsibility for the HVAC (didn't know how old or how well maintained it was) so he agreed to take responsibility for it for a slight fee each month. I was there 6 years and the few times we had problems with it, they were promt in sending someone to fix it (they are big enough they have their own maintenance department).
