2 days after review 3/21/23. Some progress toward resolutions. I will leave it alone for now, see if progress continues. Slowly finding new homeowners that all have had very similar issues. BUYER BEWARE. Message me, and I am happy to show our home to you.

Excited with our remodel. Added a sunroom on and can’t be happier. Will add pictures when it’s finished. Not just selling new houses but also does great on remodels .

Driving into the Grey Oaks subdivision is a testament to the quality of Donovan Builders’ new homes. Some of those homes are 11 years old and still look great.

Extremely rude customer service rep, hung up on me for simply asking a question...

They only care about getting you to close on the house and making money. The quality of the landscaping, driveway and other things were terrible. They say there is a warranty, but every time you contact them about something they find an excuse not to fix it. We have talked to numerous contractors who have nothing but bad things to say about the builder. Do your research and talk to other neighbors before choosing this builder. I wish we would have listened to the other neighbors we talked to before we closed. I would not recommend at all.
