Lumos Apartments

Everyone at Lumos was super friendly! Such a quick turnaround time for me to move in and they made things happen immediately! Steven was super transparent and Amanda was a great tour guide plus helped me out with the neat parking lift. This is a prime location with over nine coffee shops within walking distance, Mesa pizza place right down the road (my favorite restaurant), and two lakes! Wow what views!

Lumos is a fine apartment complex. The only saving grace is the staff. They are around when you have questions some even live in the building. Enrique is amazing, always ready to help. The Amanda’s are very responsive Kuster goes above and beyond for a lot of smaller tasks. The cleaners are always so nice and fantastic at their job. The only reason we continue to live at this establishment. On the other hand Rent is too high for the amenities and space. The complex does Airbnb which creates a revolving door which can be unsafe. The car stacker continually has issues

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Both Amanda’s were so helpful with my move-in questions and continue to be friendly and welcoming whenever I see them in the lobby. The maintenance team has also been great—quick to respond and very helpful over the phone. I haven’t had any issues with the car elevator, and the building is generally quiet and well-maintained. Overall, the staff have been accommodating and make living here very comfortable.

Lumos apartment is honestly so unprofessional… The parking stacker is terrible and the management wasn’t honest with their tenants about the time frame of fixing it. They stated that it would be out of service for only a day. The next day they sent out another email stating it would be finished at 3:00 LATEST! It never got fixed that day, every-time I went to check to still if it was working there wasn’t even workers working on it. Now, the vendor who is working on the parking stacker will be gone all weekend until Monday and Im sure will be out of service all Monday as well. People have there cars stuck in the parking stacker and the people who have there cars have to struggle to find parking on the street and risk there vehicles being broken into. I’m sure Lumos Management really doesn’t

She is such a genuinely nice and down-to-earth person who truly cares about her residents. Anytime I’ve needed help or had a question, Amanda has always been there — quick to respond, patient, and professional. She makes everything feel easy and stress-free, which is rare to find these days! It’s clear that Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Her positive attitude and dedication make a huge difference in the overall experience of living here. I’m really grateful to have her as my leasing agent — she’s the best!
