Lumin East Cobb Apartments

i lived here for 15 months. the leasing office staff is all very nice and if you have issues they will get back to you quickly over the phone. - the buildings are very old and walls are super thin. I lived on the top floor and as someone who is bothered by noises I could hear the family living below me all the time who had a young kid. the kid would run up and down the living room stomping and scream which would vibrate the floor of our apartment and you could hear every word of their conversations if I stood in my bathroom. you could also hear him screaming in any room of the apartment to the point where it sounded like they lived in the same room as us. this caused a lot of noise disturbance which eventually I did call the leasing office and they said they would talk to them. the noise

I moved out of my large family home and into Cortland East Cobb with some trepidation. However, this has all completely dissolved in me because of the fantastic experience that I continue to have living here. The staff are top notch and Allison, in particular, who’s assisted me I cannot rave more about!!! Love my apartment and community here way more than I expected too!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything Laura did for me during my process and still do. This is my first home and she was/is so professional, helpful, patient and kind as well as Gerardo from the maintenance, so it took my experience here to another level! The community is amazing, beautiful, well located and I love the lake view and the trail. The neighbors are also very friendly. Definitely a great place to live; I highly recommend!!!

I have been a resident here for about nine months, and I just renewed it for one more year! The community is very quiet and nice—it absolutely feels like home. The walking trails are beautiful, offering great views. My lakeview unit also has an amazing view, and it's wonderful to have a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning. It’s a very green place, with flowers and trees making it especially beautiful. The apartment is really nice, with great appliances and a stylish look. Maintenance service is fast and reliable—they always come the same day or the next day if you submit a request late at night. The leasing office staff are amazing and always helpful.
