Munger Place Best Kept Secret: I want to thank the property management team for the quick maintenance response. Also to share my thoughts: I like the security of a small community being able to find parking at night is important. I have great neighbors that look out for each other ,so it feels like having family around. No place is perfect but this place has a lot of potential for someone wanting to find a nice peaceful community to call home. I didn't give a 5 star because every community has room for improvement. Thank You and keep up the great work and communication.

It is comfortable enough and the manager, Rebecca Mendez, is wonderful to work with. She responds quickly to help with issues I am having. Unfortunately the property is old and despite refurbishments, things are constantly breaking (lights, dishwasher, and plumbing in my case) and there is a major cockroach problem. I generally kill 4-8 cockroaches per week.

Everything is broken, and they take weeks and weeks to even respond. They finally fixed my A/C after over a month of it dripping through my light fixtures. My fridge has been out for over a month and they won't respond. My mail key stopped working and they haven't responded in months, and my sink is falling off of the countertop. they appear to be actively avoiding me, I am not kidding when I say I've called dozens of times and left messages, they don't respond. Do not move here, this place is a dump. To the property manager, fix all the BS I mentioned, and I might take this down.

I have resided at Lumieres Place apartments in Dallas Texas for over 6 years. Over those years I have been through three property owners and property managers and maintenance and by far Rebecca Mendez as always been a professional friendly and efficient property manager. Rebecca has always been attentive and friendly most of all willing to tend to the property and it’s tenants effectively and efficiently. I’ve been a tenant and have always abided by rules and regulations here and have always felt safe because of the security and attention to the properties safety. Recently moved in and for it to be an older building the inside was immaculate and unfortunately things happen with older apartments but when I contacted Jess she got right on fixing the problem and had everything all zipped up in few hours I’m grateful for her and am excited to see what this next year brings
