This review is specifically for the maintenance team. I’ve had great experiences with them and things are done promptly and efficiently. Adrian (Dre) goes the extra mile and it’s nice to know that you can count that. Plus, he’s very kind to my overly enthusiastic dog who gets very excited whenever she sees him.

Do not rent here if mail security matters to you. Amazon has now marked this location as problematic for deliveries. Packages go missing and are left completely in the open. It is a fire hazard and accessibility issue (see photo). No matter how management chooses to respond to this message, trust me that there have been repeated complaints for at least 6 months about the mail room. This property is under new management and the former company had no issues taking responsibility for keeping packages secure. Now, if you want to find a package, you need to dig for 20 minutes through deep bins, moving huge packages out of the way and sifting through dirty small packages at the bottom of the bin. not what it used to be. Used to be a classy building filled with business professionals. Now the place reeks of weed and has consistent car break-ins. Raises the rent every year. Half the amenities don't work. Multiple property managers in last year. Residents let dogs shit all over property to point where all grass and flowers are dead. TVs have not worked in the gym in over a year and a half. TV at pool doesn't work. No poolside umbrellas. Mail security is non existent. Original management made all residence have a Parcel Pending account, and any over flow packages would go to the employees secured break room. The one extra star is for the location. I moved in recently. Before applying, I specifically informed the manager about the strong musky odor and the AC not working in the apartment. They assured me both will be fixed before I move in, neither was. The apartments smell like an old moist environment. Even the hallways reek. Its evident they have never cleaned the vents and there are leaks everywhere. Since then, all I have received is denial, blame and no accountability. I have been barely in this apartment.
