Lumen Doraville

This is my first week moved in and I’ve loved this community already! The leasing agents have been so attentive to all my needs and helped me with any issues I’ve occurred. The amenities are amazing from the working space, club room, gym and pool. My one bed one bath is super spacious and I love the modern design. One of the best parts is the events they host! Went to a “Wine Down” event and it was so fun to connect with the community and have amazing drinks, food, and live music! They definitely care about their residents and our wellbeing. Definitely recommend this complex for living!

This place is horrible and has been going downhill due to the constant turnovers with management leasing staff and maintenance staff. This was once a nice fun place to live at. They had events 3 to 4 times within a month with food and drinks. It’s been almost 3 months since the last event which one is taking place tomorrow finally but let’s see if they have enough to serve everyone. Putting in work orders are the worst. The Management staff could do more to make this property A great place to live at, but I’m not sure they qualify or have the sense to know how the leasing staff are rude and short and don’t seem like they want to get to the bottom of anything for you. It might as well be AI taking calls and the maintenance staff are incompetent. I’m not sure any of the current or past maint

I recently accompanied my daughter to tour the property. I was amazed by the beauty, the floorplans and the amenities. Most importantly the leasing team was super professional and helpful. The property manager Eve took her to time to greet and meet me and my family. My daughter is most definitely leasing when she gets closer to her move in date. Thank you Lumen Doraville staff and a special thanks to Ms. Eve! I know she will be in good hands!

My experience with Lumen Doraville has been nothing short of amazing! I had to relocate abruptly due to personal reasons, and Maya was an incredible leasing agent every step of the way—from touring on November 9th, to applying on November 15th, to picking up my keys on November 30th. The entire process was so smooth, and that was truly because of Maya and the wonderful staff and management at Lumen. From the very first phone call to schedule my tour, Maya’s warm personality stood out. I'm one month into my lease at Lumen and have nothing but positive things to say. Maya was my leasing agent and she was always incredibly attentive throughout my move in process. I love my apartment! The property is clean, quiet and peaceful. I love all of the great amenities and I love that they regularly have community events. Every staff member I've interacted with has been so genuinely friendly. I appreciate that the property manger and some of the agents live on site - it speaks to how great this property is. The location is so convenient to everything. My only gripe is with parking. The 1000 building parking lot at night is always overcrowded to the point that sometimes I and others have to park on the curb.
