Lumen Briarcliff

Lumen Briarcliff was the best experience I have had looking for a new apartment. I probably toured 6 apartments and Lumen was by far the best. I absolutely love the luxury feel Lumen has and it’s such a nice area. I worked with Faith who had appointments booked all day the day I came to see if I could tour and she made sure to make time to show me everything Lumen has to offer. Faith was incredibly nice, very professional and was with me every step of the way. Faith made my experience moving and getting everything done easy quick. I LOVE my new place and Lumen Briarcliff is amazing.

Lumen Briarcliff has been a wonderful place so far — the community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments, amenities, and overall atmosphere make it feel modern, comfortable, and welcoming. The leasing and move-in experience has been smooth, and it’s clear the team truly cares about residents having a positive experience. A special thank you to Faith, who went above and beyond to make our early move-in request possible. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the process, ensuring everything worked out seamlessly for us. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciate her support.

Lumen Briarcliff is, by far, the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. And, although the apartments and amenities themselves are nice, it’s truly the management and the maintenance teams that put this place over the top. First, Victoria has been at Lumen since we our first tour over a year ago and she’s easily the reason we signed. Even more, unlike a lot of places, her level of dedication and commitment to ensuring we have a great experience did not waver once we signed a lease. Second, I’ve never lived in a place where, when the property management team changed, my experience actually got better. I had a virtual tour with Faith Rosado and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and walked with me through all of the amenities, and the floor plans that I was interested in. I really appreciate her taking the time to do a virtual tour being that I am relocating from another state. I was so grateful for her, because not a lot of properties will accommodate a Facetime tour.

Adrian gave an amazing lease tour from start to finish! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to walk us through all the details of each unit, amenities, and leasing options, and answered every question clearly and confidently. If you’re touring, I highly recommend asking for him!
