We have been living at Luma since 2024, and our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like home. A special round of applause for Martin because he has supported us unconditionally in everything we have needed. From day one, he has been kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. No matter the situation, he responds quickly and with such a positive attitude. Christian at Luma Headwaters was outstanding throughout our leasing process. He helped my husband and I close on our apartment incredibly quickly, even with a tight move-in timeline. When our ESA paperwork was delayed on my doctor’s end, he stayed calm, professional, and proactive, coordinating with the onsite property manager and keeping us updated regularly. Moving from NY to FL is no small task, but Christian’s friendly demeanor, reassuring approach, and dedication made it one less thing to worry about. We couldn’t recommend him more!

Miguel and Jose Moreno are excellent maintenance people. They handle everything quickly and professionally! Martin and the other guys at the office are great as well. We enjoyed living at Luma! The apartment is well designed. I loved my kitchen it could store a lot of things and has beautiful looking countertops. The walking closet was spacious too. The complex have a lot of great and useful amenities. Definitely check this place out if you are considering moving to Orlando.

The office staff is so friendly, Martin and Elvin go above and beyond to help all of the residents. Maintenance gies above and beyond to ensure all the service request are promptly done.
