Lullwater at Bass

Lullwater on Bass is amazing to me. So many incredible memories have been made there. However, I think the addition of an 18 hole golf course, with a driving range would be an exceptional amenity to provide to the residents! Is this something management has considered adding to the establishment?

Had a great time here! Friendly neighbors, great amenities, management has been very accommodating and maintenance are quick to respond to our requests. They have car care center as well, which is very convenient for the residents. The apartment complex is located in the posh side of Macon, safe neighborhood. Restaurants, supermarket, gas station and shopping centers are within less than a mile.

The staff doesn't care to.make repairs or fix problems. You can pay rent on time and cause no problems yet you experience nothing but noise from neighbors and when you try to talk to staff you go ignored. Mold covers windows and nothing is done. Electrical tape holding plumbing together and they state this normal. Water is leaking in the windows and they act like you have done something wrong.

We have lived at Lullwater in Macon 8 years. There is no apt complex in Macon that can compare! Management is wonderful, property is gorgeous, all is very well maintained. The people complaining about mgm, I am positive that they are being disrespectful to mgm first. They are kind, they listen, & take care of maintenance needs promptly. And for the safety concerns, personally we have never had an issue. If you leave your keys in your car, you may have an issue but that is anywhere. Just within the last year or so they have pressure washed, trimmed trees, replaced roofs, & so much more. Now they are beginning to paint iron railings. Apt living does not get better than this!

All I can say is that every evening when I turn into the complex to come home I say, thank you Lord. This place is well-maintained, if you have a problem and report it they handle it immediately and respectfully. It is not brand new and perfect, but neither is the house that I just sold. I love living here, and being retirement age I feel very safe and secure. I have awesome neighbors and everyone is friendly. Meredith is the best thing that ever happened to this place. She made me feel so welcomed the first moment I visited here. The maintenance staff is amazing, I feel very comfortable allowing them to enter my home without my presence. I have lived here more than six months now and I plan to be here for a long time.
