Beware! Rented a place managed by this realtor. Walls needed to be painted, blinds were damaged, light fixtures were broke, plumbing was turned off in one of the bathrooms, and one of the mirrors was missing. Liked it so much, I rented as is. I even paid to have the AC repaired and the mailbox rekeyed. Lived there 2/3 yrs. Upon moving I learned they were keeping my deposit to repair all previous tenants issues. Take photos, document and have witnessed.

You couldn't get a finer, more professional organization and lady such as Lula Morales in Laredo. She treats everyone equally with respect and has more connections than Donald Trump. Anyone who has left less than a five star review, is simply a competitor trying to take market share. 10 stars all the way!!

They never return calls, they do everything through text message. I called a couple of times to ask question and they're always in a bad mood. You need to be recommended by someone for them to take you serious.
