Since I was relocating all the way from Seattle, I was initially nervous about securing an apartment remotely — but Christina, made the entire experience seamless. I’ve had a great experience living here so far, Christina and Luis are amazing. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to highlight Christina, she has been absolutely amazing. She’s patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Any question or concern I had, she handled it quickly and with a great attitude. You can tell she actually cares about residents. Her help made the whole experience smooth and stress free tbh. Luis also deserves a shoutout. He’s very helpful, friendly, and always professional whenever I interacted with him. I’ve been living here for about over a year, I just renewed my lease. Overall my experience has been positive. The location is super convenient; ten minutes from PHX airport and old town Scottsdale. It offers easy access to the highways and convenience of Scottsdale’s events and entertainment. The property is generally clean and well maintained. Great amenities which are clean. The management is super nice. They are friendly and always open for hearing me out as a resident. All my issues find resolution. Maintenance is very efficient and responsive when issues arise. Like any complex, there are occasional challenges such as parking, but management make an effort to always provide carport/garage parking for purchase. Larry from maintenance at Lucent Scottsdale Apartments is absolutely incredible! He is hands-down one of the best parts of living here. Every time I’ve submitted a request, Larry has responded quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also kind, respectful, and personable. Larry goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right the first time, and his attention to detail really shows. Since our visit and tour on December 16, 2025, we have been extremely happy with everyone at Lucent Property. From the front office to the back-of-house team, every representative has been helpful, professional, and welcoming. Yanni, Louis, and Larry from maintenance have all gone above and beyond—whether it was getting our postal and garage keys made or assisting with ADA-related requests, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
