Lucas Hunt Village

We had some issues with hot water and heat but most of that's been resolved there is a mice problem but I had a cat to handle them roaches periodically they do have an extermination company that services monthly more as needed and my own cans of raid rooms are big and I was comfortable there. Not too sure about the office personnel they were changing hands(owners and/ or management) a few times within the last 4 yrs they do have a pool but u can't use it there's also a tennis court that's unusable

Worse apart ever. Been waiting since May 2025 for someone to come fix my floors all I got was lies. Property manager JOSH is sorry and not a man of his word. This was the worse decision I ever made in march 2025. No one come spray for bugs been raining in the master bedroom window since June I have work orders in still no one did shit wish I can give them a zero star. I will be moving out this week and will see them in court for damages

It no longer Lucas and Hunt village. It’s under all new management and the name is ,Northern Village Apartments 24 hour emergency maintenance on site. St. Louis County Police Sub Station on site. On site security from 6pm to 6am 7 days a week

My Son lives in these apartments since 2024 and 2025 winter he live there with out heat and hot water and still paying his rent no one came to fix anything put in work order since October nothing but we’re working on it 🤬

I've been living here at Lucas Hunt Village Apartments since January 2022. It is now July 2023. But I'll be moving out before my lease is up in January 2024. Since being here I've had a lot of complaints about how they do things. A lot of complaints. From the overflowing dumpsters to the grimy hallways; from the leasing office that can't answer the phone to the inadequate maintenance team. But what's finally making me leave a review is my recent experience. So I come back home from walking my dog at about 9:30 am. When I get to my door I notice that it's open. Then I hear noise. When I step in it's a maintenance member taking down my entire sink and oven area and putting a huge hole in the wall so that they can fix some leaky pipes that they should've fixed months ago when my downstairs ne
