Lubbock Square

Current management has been running the property for 1 year now and has made a lot of improvements to property including making accommodations for tenants needs. The office staff is friendly and goes above and beyond expectations including having apartment wide events for the children (halloween and easter). Each month there is a noticeable improvements to the property, even though the previous owners neglected the apartments for many years. The future is bright for Lubbock Square.

Star has been so amazing! she answered our questions, broke down the fees, and explained ways we could make payments easier. she has been so great even after we’ve moved in! we love the space and the community very much 💗

This property has had a major turn around over the last year. Starr and Chloe have been rockstars and care a lot about the property! Definitely a bright future with them running things!

Since moving in, I’ve had a couple of small challenges like occasional odors and minor maintenance needs, but the management team has been wonderful about addressing things quickly. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded right away and made sure the issue was taken care of. I really appreciate how attentive they are and the effort they put into making improvements for residents. Their responsiveness shows they truly care about the community.
