Ms. Sharon in the front office is extremely friendly and helpful. When it came to my move-in process, she made it smooth. She actively works to better the neighborhood. For example: she had the sidewalk redone that was lifting by my building as well as redo the wood railings. But most importantly, she creates a community environment by having monthly events. Like cookouts or plate giveaways. She’s also very understanding. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Mrs Sharon has been a very pleasant help to me from the moment I walked into her office til the day of me signing my lease she has been very helpful and patient with me.She has answered all of my calls without hesitation. I look forward to living here.

Ms. Sharon was lovely and helpful! Maintence does good work around the property. Move in process can be quick, from the application to signing the lease, all can be done within 1 to 2 weeks. Nice area, it is at Exit 82 which it has endless food and entertainment options.

Just wanted to say Sharon was a great help with helping my dad get everything he needed. She assist in more ways than not, she also makes sure the maintenance is up to par before moving in. Carl completes all of my dad’s maintenance needs in a timely manner as well.
