I had the pleasure of touring this property with Ashton and he was AMAZING! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He took his time, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The leasing staff is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

Great property to live in. The management team is always willing to help, but the maintenance team is amazing. They resolve any issue within the first 24 hours. Jaime and Noe are always easy to talk to, and willing to help. Totally recommend living here!

⚠️ DO NOT MOVE HERE! Laura is great, Ashton is great god forbid you had to interact with Gabriela the property manager. This location is poorly managed and maintained they have tried to get better with cleanliness yet it still does help with the rodent/roach problem in common areas. I lived here for 3 years and it has consistently gotten worse. Many doors from the parking garage are broken and will let any random person in which is why there are MANY car break ins this place is unsafe there was a shooting here in December 2025. Multiple residents here sell drugs which is part of what makes the place so dangerous. Maintenance is slow to respond at best and for the price you pay I would highly recommend checking the surrounding apartment complexes which are nicer, more affordable and better

Ashton was absolutely great during our tour. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and kept the tour fun and well-organized. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, which made a big difference. Highly recommend Ashton if you’re booking a tour!

I love my experience at LTD! I love the layout of the apartment and rent price was not bad at all! I wish I could negotiate my rent cost. If so, they would’ve gotten 2 years out of me easily!
