Low ball offers and continue to call and use robo callers after being ask to be removed from list. Spoke with them several times when thinking about selling my home and they would say one number and then when it would come to paperwork would take 10k-15k off of the offer. Thankfully I listed my property and it's already under contract for nearly 1/3 more than their final offer. I'm super upset that this went this way. I had been excited to have an easy close and not have to go through the process of listing. Guess it turned out in my favor I didn't go with them. Be cautious giving them your real phone number. Can't stick to commitments with scheduled calls or texts and contracts can be bait and switch. Be sure to read everything to make sure the process is smooth and they don't try to swin
