On Friday, my husband and I had a signing at REMAX. Every foreseeable difficulty presented itself, to no fault of any of the individuals present or REMAX/Candy. Candy from REMAX was a delightful presence and every individual truly "showed out" their best. Candy had an event she was hosting that evening. However, she made it clear that she would be sitting with us and sticking it out until the end. Cindy from Premiere LLC; was a delight from start to finish. Our realtor, Catrina Mayo was also an enormous benefit and presence, and she had been with us, whilst looking for a home, for almost 8 months! Everyone operated with positive attitudes and made what could have been a miserable experience, the best possible. I would gladly work with Candy, from REMAX, again, as well as Premiere LL

A few years back Scott Morehouse helped me purchase a house and there was no one else I wanted to deal with when it came time to sell. Scott was on top of things from the get go and was constantly in touch with me. His advice throughout was invaluable and Scott and the Ginnie Kite team also helped me find persons to address issues found during the inspection. Scott was not only very efficient, he was a great pleasure to work with as well. I can't recommend Scott and the Ginnie Kite team highly enough.

Bought a house and sold our house with Lee Garlin. She is amazing! She guided us through a difficult transaction, selling and buying on the same day. She gave advice without being pushy and was just wonderful to work with. When we're ready to relocate, I hope she's our realtor again!

Mixed reviews. We went with this company because the realtor was nice and seemed like he cared. We took his advice a recommendations. In the end we bought a home we had nothing but issues with. And with the home inspection company we paid for, the 2 year home warranty which was include with house etc and the other stuff they recommend to us for a safe purchase to cover us from the things we are having issues with, nobody is helping us in any way. Lots of smoke and mirrors here. Home warranty doesn't cover or do anything but cost you extra money. They will try to play it off on everyone else. Watch out for the companies they recommend and do your research. Feel most the companies they recommended are working with them to get homes sold.
