Fist of all, they suddenly had about 20 five star reviews get posted in a three day period. These are fake reviews. LPI is just paying people to give positive reviews to hide the fact that they're terrible. Sort the reviews by "lowest" if you want accurate reviews. My reason for the bad review is the following: They charge $585 to provide owners with the resell certificate. This is an outrageous amount of money for a few documents. They claim that it's because my title company asked for the statement of account, as well. Billing the statement of account and the resell certificate separately is against Texas Property Code. BOTH should be included at the $375 limit. Texas Property Code §207.003(a) Requires that the resale certificate must include: “A statement of any unpaid assessments
