Wow! Great Title company and great people! Natasha Langston is one of the best escrow officers in the city! She kept a tense deal together and made multiple after hours trips to the office to make sure things went off without a hitch today. Forever grateful to Natasha and Chicago Title!!

I closed on my first home with Chicago Title of Texas. The table closing was quick and concise. The documents were explained before signing. There's even a beautiful photo wall to take celebratory pictures!

I represented Buyers who closed at Chicago Title Friendswood today. They did a wonderful job during the whole process - from opening title to closing. They were always on top of everything and kept everyone updated. Susan Magers and her team were efficient and professional. When we arrived today, she was ready for us. I was impressed that they had not only a notepad for us to take notes on, but envelopes for keys or notes, pens and even reading glasses. Thank you for taking great care of us today!

As a broker/owner/education provider for ce courses I would not use this office. Their inability to act in a professional manner was over the top! From talking about clients and agents in negative fashion to even not knowing basic information about the responsibilities of the listing broker and their authorities! I would not and will not ever bring a client to this office again! They even went so far when I contacted on part of client to act like I didn’t have the authority to do so! Here is the ironic point this office wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for agents and brokers! Do yourself a favor and use another office it’s just not worth the risk of a bad close!
