Loxley Chase

Been here 4yrs the management is horrible not professional no customer service .The last maintenance crew excellent and quit due to management. When Keith was manager the grounds and landscaping was done. There is dog poop on the sidewalks .Dumpsters over flowing with trash the property has definitely going down hill. Yellow tape remains from tree falling 3 months ago . There are several empty apartments. The owner should really speak to the tenants or just ride through the apartment complex these trying times and every ONE is going through.

The photo sums up the current situation rather quickly. When I moved here the old management team was very kind and responsive. The new manager is not only rude and talks down to residents but they can no longer keep the grounds in shape. I called about the dog walking yard 3 times because the bag dispensers have been empty and dog waist bins have been overflowing. I was given an apology and told it would be handled. 2 weeks later still nothing. It got to the point no one was picking up anymore and some were hanging bags on the fence to make a statement. I called again and the rude manager said that they hadn’t done it yet because of the holiday mind you my first complain was two weeks earlier so that answer holds no weight. It took 3 complaints in about 3 weeks for someone to reluctantly

The leasing office is always kind, helpful, and attentive. They answer my work orders and requests promptly. They prioritize resident safety and comfort, and they’re proactive in creative community with neighbors. They set up events throughout the year to bring people together for food and fun activities. Just recently, they hosted a tie dye event and it was a fun time of creativity and conversation! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love the area.

This place is not somewhere you wanna live. It’s ratchet. Leasing office is rude and doesn’t do there job. This place needs some people who can come in and clean this place up. No one gets taken seriously. The maintenance doesn’t come to fix nothing. I broke my lease. I will never refer this place to anybody. Allison is your biggest problem she needs to be fired. New management is needed fast…

I lived there for five years it was a great clean friendly place to live. It really felt like a close community. It has really gone downhill fast under the new management.The new leasing manager Allison is very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to adults!!! There has been several complaints against management but nothing is ever done.The property is unkept now trash everywhere, black mold growing on the outside of apartments,maintenance is not reliable. I’m so thankful I moved out of there this weekend!!!!DON’T DO IT!!
