Lowertown Lofts

Today I toured Lowertown Lofts with my very energetic 8-year-old son. I arrived quite early and the leasing agent was busy, but Ginger, the property manager, was more than happy to step in and help us rather than having us wait. Although I still have a few months left on my current lease and couldn’t commit yet, if I were choosing a place to live based on customer service alone, this would be it. The amenities are great, and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend adding this property to your list. It’s very kid and pet-friendly. Ginger even knew the names and breeds of all the pets we encountered during the tour, which I absolutely loved. It really speaks to the level of care and community you can expect here.

I loved my time at Lowertown Lofts! Ginger and Kris really go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled timely, and they consistently are communicative about what’s going on around the building and community. Some of the best management I’ve experienced. If you’re new to the area, it’s downtown, so yeah, you’ll get some of that city noise. I would love to see one-way mirror glass in the gym some day. I already miss my apartment there deeply! I just moved from here last week, but lived here since July 2022. Lowertown Lofts is a wonderful place to live in downtown saint paul. They have plenty of amenities, including rooftop pool access (which I had no idea about until we got our keys, so that was a major plus), a gym & yoga room as well as a beautiful party room that residents can reserve. The property itself is very clean, secure and well-kept. The 2 managers, Ginger and Kris are super attentive to resident needs, and Ryan in maintenance wastes no time promptly responding to maintenance requests. Every request was addressed within 24 hours. We had a really pleasant experience at Lowertown Lofts and will miss our spacious loft and the property staff dearly! <3

I absolutely love my new apartment! Staff and maintenance are top notch! I really feel at home here at Lowertown Lofts. If I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would!

Lowertown Lofts is a high-quality, well-managed property. Common areas and shared amenities are always kept clean and fresh. Maintenance needs are taken care of promptly--every time I've put in a request, it's been addressed same-day or next-day. Submitting requests and payments with the online portal is easy. Leasing staff are courteous and provide a welcome presence in the lobby. Lowertown Lofts is a good value if you are looking for a well-maintained, low-stress place to live in Downtown St. Paul with historic features.
