Since we live hours away from our rental property, we rely on Jenny Mullinax and Brodie Field in dealing with any issues that come up with the property maintenance or/and our tenants. I'm happy to say that the problems I had with my previous management company have been cleared ever since Lowcountry Property Management stepped in to take charge and I so appreciate especially for all that Jenny and Brodie have been doing for us. I can always count on them to respond to my e-mails quickly, to keep me informed with anything regarding to my rental, and take care of my property and tenants' needs. Their patience, dedication and professionalism makes my life so much easier.

The team at Low Country Property Management have been looking after my 2 rental properties for about 6 years now. I happen to live out of state but I must say that even if I lived in the Charleston area I would still use them. They do a very nice job of taking care of my property. They are well worth every penny I pay them. If a tenant has moved out I usually have it rented very quickly and they are very good at choosing tenants. If you are looking for a property management company you should take a hard look at them. BTW, I am a license broker in North Carolina and manage my own rental properties here. If I could find a company like Lowcountry I would use them here and not bother with the management side. Fact of the matter is I can't find one (as good) so I do it myself.
