Love Mill Apartments

Our cleaning business performed a move out cleaning for a renter and the quality of the construction is subpar at best. Laminate floors peeling up in kit and both bathrooms. Lowest grade carpet available. Same with cabinets and appliances. Just looks like every decision was based on spending the least when building. Cracks in walls in several rooms. 2 out of 3 outside lights had burnt out bulbs. Exterior walkway and steps were dark. Trash area was over filled (multiple dumpsters) and very nasty. Parking lot had bottles and trash in front of building 2 and elsewhere. Just very disappointed in what we saw and what our expectations were.

Very nice Apartments. Love how well-lit it is at night!!
