Ricky Harrelson was my realtor. We purchased site unseen but were assured everything would be taken care of in regards to home inspection. Not true. The home inspection was not up to par. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. He did not point out there was not a dishwasher on the virtual tour. We were very dependent upon him since we were relocating from Europe.

We used Jackie as a property manager for our rental house in Whiteville, while simultaneously listing it on the market to sell it. My family is 100% dissatisfied.  Four different times the rent payment from J. Ray Reality was not made on time, and when brought to Jackie's attention she acted like it wasn't a big deal. It is a big deal when we have a mortgage to pay on the house.  We also requested payment to be on the first of the month, and she refused to pay us on the first. She insisted to pay us the 11th of each month. In addition, the air filters were not changed for 18 months. Changing the air filters reduces wear and tear on the HVAC Unit.  Instead, the workload of our unit was increased since the filters were not changed.
