Beware of doing business with Louis Fajardo and US Bank. Louis is rude and only concerned with closing a home construction loan. After the loan closes, he may respond to you as he did to me, "I'm definitely not the right person to be helping you fix your issue." If he denies making this statement, I'll gladly post the email. His team at US Bank was no better. I did escalate a concern to Louis's manager, and he was the only courteous and professional individual I interacted with at their bank. They were only concerned with adding our general contractor (GC) to our loan and running expenses through them.
