Do not rent from these absolute crooks! I was a tenant for over 2+ years at the 477 s el molino property and the place is completely mismanaged. I ultimately chose to move out after coming home to MY BATHROOM ROOF IN MY BATHTUB. Had I been home I could have had a major injury. The team was less than sympathetic, the property manager Cheryl never provided updates, her boss did. All of my high end bath products were covered in asbestos and waste. I was afraid of all the particulates I was probably breathing in and could not stay at the apartment. I should have known when I moved in what I was in for when it was FILTHY (lit had a dead bug and dirt everywhere) even though they claimed they cleaned it. Upon moving out I had an in person inspection and even paid my cleaner 150 dollars to clean

As a tenant for nearly 2 years we had 0 issues with Louie Properties. They were always responsive to emails, notified for any event on the property, and promptly fixed any issues for the property. They were a breath of fresh air from our last property Managers. Moving in was easy, they came to walk us through and reminded us to take videos/document anything and to bring up any early issues asap. Moving out they had everything planned out, they even offered a pre-walk through (apparently this is standard?? but not something we’ve seen from other PMs ever), they were always kind & professional. You can also just go see them in their office with any questions and they’re there to help. Thank you Louie Properties for the last ~2 years - hopefully the next time we work together it will be

They will do everything takes forever ! except you want rent a place from them ! they will response soon . After that no matter how you want keep updating info with them they can always find excuses that they are busy and no time . I wonder what they do for tenants and landlord ! If busy can’t manage then don’t have management company though ! Don’t rent or have them mange your properties! That is my suggestion as a landlord and tenant!

My experience with the management is decent overall. Michael helped a lot for scheduling a tour, and Cheryl did an amazing job on maintenance. The apartment is maintained well and with no big issue. Now, I am moving out and see how will the process be!

Cheryl contacted us to support her for a project at one of their buildings. She and the entire team made setting up the job and accomplishing the work very easy primarily because of their good communication and that they stick to their commitments. We find that a rare commodity and appreciated their attention to the project and their trust in our team. Overall a great experience in working to get a project done on time and on budget. Thanks you again Cheryl and all your team.
