Begonia Place Apartments

Beautiful property with truly exceptional management. Juan is one of the best managers I’ve ever had. He's responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. I had to move out of state, but I would have happily stayed if I could. Highly recommend!

Really liked this apartment. Nice location, there are so many restaurants, shops, and milk tea place I can go to. So convenient for me!! Literally I go to downstairs and can eat drink and shop. I also love the amenities. I always study and work in the lounge area.

I lived at Begonia Place for about 18 months and honestly had a really good experience. The building is clean, modern, and well kept, and maintenance was always quick when something came up. The New Manager, Juan was responsive and easy to deal with, which made living there pretty stress-free. Overall, it was a great place to live but I moved to OC.

As a Chinese international student, I really enjoy the environment around here. It's peaceful, and life is very convenient. My friend and I share the rent, and it's actually cheaper than renting a place individually, with a much better living environment. Highly recommend this area! 强烈推荐！

I must have signed up for one of their tours at some point, but I can't stop getting text messages from them. I've unsubscribed from and reported a few of their numbers as junk already but they keep texting me from new numbers about apartment openings. I've never left a review for a company that has sent me spam messages before, but it just got to the point of being a bit ridiculous that I felt the need to write a review. Be aware if you sign up for anything with your phone number, they will not stop contacting you.
