Recently applied and was told that credit is not the only thing they look at. My family relocated from Colorado to the Syracuse area, and Loso proved to be the perfect temporary home while we searched for our new house. We stayed for about seven months and really appreciated the flexible month-to-month lease and the option to rent a garage at a fair price. The variable lease terms gave us a great sense of stability as we pursued homeownership in the area. We lived in a 1 bed/1 bath apartment and always felt comfortable. Corners were obviously cut on these "luxury" apartments. Electric bills are high due to poor insulating and sealing (250+ for keeping the unit at 68 in the winter). Laminate floors are uneven, have soft spots, and are peeling up in some areas. If you didn't pay the extra money for a top floor unit, you can hear EVERY footstep of your upstairs neighbor, and your downstairs neighbor can hear every one of yours. Sewer smells from the drains which maintenance can't fix. Finishes are very sloppy. Had a ton of ants coming into our unit through a poor seal on the sliding door (we didn't even live on the first floor). Local amenities are limited and inconvenient due to the physical location. Erinn might be the best leasing agent I have ever had. I asked about a billion questions and she answered every single one of them resulting in me moving here. So far it’s been a great experience!

I love living at LOSO lakeside!! They have so many great amenities, free wifi, and the gym is great!
