I live here and it is alot better than it use to be years ago. Maintenance is there if you need them and the office takes care of any problems that you have.

As a previous tenant of this property and as someone with a close connection to a current resident, I have been witness to a pattern of neglect, misconduct, and violations that have significantly impacted the well-being and rights of tenants. The property manager at Bayshore North Apartments has consistently demonstrated a lack of responsiveness and accountability when faced with critical tenant concerns. building next door is loud and noise at all times of night, police are always here. apts are small but what do you want for the price
