Los Compadres Apartments

Nice big spacious, very cool air-conditioned just fine Appartments. As far as the homeless, well people there everywhere, ( let us pray). Well we just ask them to leave and they do. I guess I mentioned this because I am sad for the homeless outbreaks. But nobody messes with your stuff here. Hands off!! It's all good.

My daughters father died here in 2016. They refused to fix the air conditioning units in August and he died from heatstroke. Took maintenance days to find him because of a bad odor complaint from neighbors.. This is hard for me to share. This is a terrible place to ever be. Don't ever live here. I miss him everyday!!!! NOPE!!!!

So I’ve been staying in these apartments for almost 3Months now & if I was being honest I wouldn’t suggest anyone move here if other options are available. However I will say the new management team ran by “Gloria” have been picking up a lot of the slack lately & I’m finally starting to see this complex move in the right direction. If things keep going well these apartments i believe should (at least! ) have a 3 star status on average. Lots of the issue existed because I believe the management team before didn’t understand how to govern the condominiums properly but luckily I don’t think that’s the case any longer.

Don't live here. And if you do make sure you lock your car doors. My Honda accord was stolen from the parking lot & haven't been living here a month!! The office lady said there's only security a few nights a week . you'd think this place invest in camera's since this place has been here forever but at the end of the day all they care about is money. Avoid living here if possible & remember to lock all your car doors!!

Roaches and, big spiders pigeons in the roof. Infestation Don't rent here, roaches in appliances from other apartments are passed around from other infested apartments. Apartment changed out my refrigerator and gave me a infested one. Roaches damaged 10.000 Worth of TV's and PlayStation. Stay away!!!!!! You can change a management team but you can't change the owners or there ways of how to neglect that people that live there go through on a daily bassies. Apartments are not savable buy the office person. There's no hope for Los Comprades!! I would move asap!!
