As a REALTOR, you would expect a builder to want to help you get people into their homes. Upon calling the office (on a weekend, the best time for home sales) and simply trying to ask which subdivision I might find a home in (Los Cielos or Almeria) they were entirely unhelpful and refused to speak with me since I had the home address instead of the floor plan. I ask you, as a REALTOR trying to help someone with a home (a home with upgrades so the floor plan isn't cookie cutter like the website) how am I to have the floor plans memorized? I had all of the information except the floor plan and they just about hung up on me. That is ONLY AFTER answering the phone with a "hey. Hello?" through his chewing. Me and my husband went to purchase a Taylor Morrison home. We were not happy with the quality of the house as it has not yet been finished and they have taken their sweet sweet time. As it was supposed to be a quick move-in for June early July, they would not give us answers that we needed. They just prolong the process of things. If you're coming here to get a home I would really stick with other builders for now until Taylor Morrison works on the quality of their home. Half of the things that have been done I just cannot believe.
