November 2024 Update: Still no one has addressed the rat issue, nor gotten back to me on my emails. 6 months of my original review being public, and no response from management tells you all you need to know about this company. I guess we live with rats now. May 2024: I've sent 3 emails over the last 2 years and I haven't gotten a response regarding the major rat issue on BA Drive. I'm sorry to have to take it to a public forum, but not answering your HOA paying customers will do that. How is Lorell Management Company managing the rat issue on BA Drive? As a collective group, our pest control budget exceeded $9,000 in 2023 according to the budget documents that were sent to me. Why are we paying $9,000+ for us to have a public health hazard around our families and properties?

I'm a new owner to one of the complexes they manager. They didn't track the sale on their end from the previous owner and I know for a fact that the person selling was in touch with someone in the office on a very regular basis about the sale and make sure things would go smoothly. Not to mention the fact that my mortgage company contacted them for with a questionnaire indicating a sale. I called and this lady answered the phone... Now, I work in customer service myself so I understand and I try to have more patience when I have to be on the other end. This lady was not only rude, but treated me like I was a moron. I was at the point of raising my voice. I was calling because I wanted find out how to pay the first months condo fee and avoid the $25 late fee, I had 2 weeks and now it's 4 d

This is by far the worst company i have ever had dealings with. Jenn the Vise President is rude and has no idea how to run a business. If you are looking for a professional company to operate your association i would not recommend this company on any level. I am a business owner myself and reviews is my #1 thing to understand how people feel and what there experience. I was shocked on the emails received from Jenn and the fact they handle NOTHING. They charged me $240.00 to come and turn a switch of and turn it back on. The person on call told me its $85.00 dollars talk about not having your company in order. They sit back and do nothing and then sends me a bill with no due dates they one day out of the blue tells me there a late fee. she is trying to treating me with $25.00 late fee's a

I had the worst experience this morning with this management office. My mom owns a condo on their property and pays $300 a month in maintenance and homeowner fees. I asked them to fix her flowerbed so that her basement is not retaining water from all the mulch and they told me no. I received a phone call from Disrespectful Jenn who assumed that we were renting. She was rude and had the nerve to hang up on me. She called back but by then I was on my way back to their officer to see her about her disrespect, I was told I was un welcomed and to leave. I refused and they called the cops. They told the cops I wasn't a home owner (false) and that I was not welcomed. Thank God the cops have common sense and could see right through their BS. I have water damage at barnside condominium in taunton. The pipes under the concrete broke. Water is coming from the concrete and go to my kitchen hall and go all the way outside. They finally came to see where is the water coming from two weeks ago. They said Jane the manager will contact me to fix the problem. I'm still waiting for her call. It's been two weeks now, I have not heard from anyone to tell me what's the status of it. While I'm waiting for her call, the water under the concrete to my kitchen getting worse. When it's cold the water coming from the concrete and goes to my kitchen hall. There is a strong mold smell in my kitchen, The smell is terrible. Please I'm asking someone out there for help. This water damage can do a lot of damage to the condo. It is very serious things
