I chose to wait a few months before writing a review. I moved into the Lords Hill Apartments back in December and I've honestly been loving it so far! I work in property management myself so I did have high expectations. Not just about the apartment itself but also how responsive property management is, how quickly maintenance requests are addressed, etc. I was looking to move out of my parents house and I was exploring options in the Lafayette/Marcellus areas because I wanted to stay close to home and out of the city. I knew these apartments were the PERFECT location for me! This was going to be my very first apartment as well as my first time living on my own so I was also looking for something that was affordable.
